Started by simply heading to small town bars on a Friday night over the years we decided it's time to make a group of Dive Bar Friday enthusiasts.  This was a private group on Facebook, named appropriately Dive Bar Friday, a.k.a. DBF'ers.  The elite best of the best!  

   It became evident we were onto something, then Covid hit.  Our favorite small town dive bars were struggling to get through the chaos.  DBF did the best we could to network out to those locations, even under the tightest mandates and restrictions.     It became evident our group of 150 members needed to do more.  The Dive Bar Friday Network has been formed to build a larger network to include both bars and members.  

   The original Dive Bar Friday group is still in existence and has appropriately added OG to its name, Dive Bar Friday OG's.  If you ever see DBF gear without the word Network on it, you are talking to an OG.
